What We Offer

From conception to foaling, we provide a comprehensive range of breeding services, including:

Artificial Insemination (AI) – using fresh, chilled or frozen semen
Embryo Transfer (ET) – including recipient herd management
Ovum Pick-Up (OPU) – for ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection)
Stallion Collection – semen collection, processing, and freezing
Foaling Down – safe, supervised foaling support
Reproductive Scanning – cycle tracking, pregnancy diagnosis, and foetal monitoring
Mare Boarding – short or long-term stays with attentive care

Semen is available both on-site and for chilled or frozen distribution, and we are happy to advise on the most suitable pairing for your mare based on discipline, conformation, and genetics.

The First Steps: What to Expect

If you're considering breeding your mare with us, the first step is a friendly, no-obligation consultation. We’ll take time to talk through your aims, your mare’s history, and what method of breeding might suit best—whether that’s AI, ET or OPU for ICSI.

Once you’re ready to go ahead, we’ll:

Book a full reproductive assessment – this includes a scan, swabs, and any diagnostics needed to create a clear breeding plan.
Discuss timing and logistics – based on your mare’s cycle, desired stallion, and any semen availability or travel considerations.
Schedule your mare’s arrival – if boarding with us, we’ll make sure she’s settled in comfortably in our purpose-built facilities.
Provide regular updates – you'll be kept informed with progress reports, scan results and next steps.

Whether your mare stays with us for the season or visits for timed appointments, we’ll make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

What About Aftercare?

We’re committed to your mare’s ongoing well-being—not just the positive pregnancy scan.

Aftercare includes:

Post-insemination scans to confirm pregnancy and detect twin embryos if needed
Ongoing support for progesterone levels, health checks and foetal development
Foaling advice or foaling-down livery for those returning close to term
Access to trusted partner services such as transport, farriery, and nutrition

For clients using embryo transfer or ICSI, we’ll work closely with recipient mare centres or European labs to ensure seamless coordination and follow-up.
